History

Jay Price founded Corvette Rubber Company in 1975 upon realizing an unmet need and market. Unable to find a soft top rear bow weatherstrip for a 1960 Corvette, he finally decided to manufacture his own and discovered the market for Corvette weatherstripping.

In 1989, he started Missaukee Molded Rubber, Inc. to manufacture all of his own weatherstripping. The product line has grown to now include weatherstripping for Corvettes from 1953 to 2004.
